Building a centralized content hub and scalable design system to transform how prospects discover and engage with Articulate's resources
About the project
Before the Resource Center, Articulate’s content lived across multiple digital properties with no unified browsing experience, making it hard for prospects to find what they needed. Our team helped concept, refine, and build a centralized Resource Center and its supporting design system. The challenge was to create a cohesive system that handled high volume and variety across four content types, stayed on brand, and enabled fast production; we needed a scalable, flexible system that could support both illustration and photography for diverse types of content.

Cross-collaboration
After collaborating as a team, we presented concepts to senior leadership including the Brand Design Director, VP of Design, Director of Content Marketing, and VP of GTM Effectiveness, refining the direction based on their feedback. We also partnered with Copywriters and Senior Content Production Managers to ensure a consistent experience across all resource pages.
